One of the things that I believe makes Centre so special is the sheer amount of opportunity for not only professional and academic discovery but personal as well. Centre Global is one of the many ways Centre College does this. Studying abroad offers students the ability to get out of their comfort zone and learn about other cultures hands on. Whether it’s a Centre Term course or an entire semester, every program has ample opportunity to widen your horizons and make you try something new.
Study Abroad programs come in many different shapes and sizes for different forms of enrichment. Summer and Centre Term courses are best fit for those who can’t leave for an entire semester and are looking for a quick but immersive experience. For those who are looking to use their foreign language abilities, there are several language immersion programs such as Nantes, France and the International Chinese Language Program. There are also a few direct enrollment programs like the University of Reading in the UK and the University of Glasgow in Germany. It’s difficult to mention every program offered in one article, but all of them hold their own sort of charm and bring their own sort of opportunity. Deciding where to go can be difficult.

The website even greets you with a quiz to determine your highest match when you create an account.
