However, what do you do when one member of your friend group wants to go to Dry Stack while the other wants to visit The Hub? Well, the answer isn\u2019t all-out war but, in fact, just measuring the pros and cons of each coffee shop and what could tip the scale. It depends on what you want from your campus excursion, after all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dry Stack:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This coffee shop, located on Burke\u2019s side of the street, is a charming cafe with a warm, wooden interior. It mostly has tables for seating 2-4 people, with a few armchairs and a longer table for larger parties. The cafe has the exact chill vibe that every strong coffee shop has.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A variety of good coffee with seasonal and regular flavores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh, fluffy pastries, like croissants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warm atmosphere with wood, warm lights, and lofi music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friendly staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connected to Plank on Main, a pilates studio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Closes at 3:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>So popular it runs out of chairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Testimonies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDry Stack not only knows how to perfect coffee chemistry but also community chemistry. The coffee bar is simply the best place to drink a warm mocha and make new friends.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Hub:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This coffee shop, located on Bluegrass Pizza Pub\u2019s side of the street, is a cafe with a modern interior with bright lights and white tables and chairs. It has a variety of seating for 4-6 people along with a row of seats against a window overlooking Main Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good brunch food<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closer to campus (if barely)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has seats next to windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connected to a bookstore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slightly cheaper than Dry Stack<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modern atmosphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feels like you\u2019re still on campus because it\u2019s connected to the Centre bookshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Testimonies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI like that their coffee is on the sweeter side and they have good bagels and salads. It\u2019s better to go to for like lunch dates while Dry Stack is more study vibes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, remember, it isn\u2019t that one cafe is better than the other, it\u2019s that they offer different things to students.
